BottlesPosted by Jen (St. George, United States) on 21 April 2009 in Miscellaneous and Portfolio. I promised something different, so here it is. This is a very old shot that I took way back in the day when I was just beginning to learn about how to really use a camera. There's a lot of flaws with it, and a whole bunch of things I would do differently if I could go back and do it again. But, that being said, it's still always been a favorite. I love bottles... I love the way they catch the light. And I really enjoy the way that came through in this image. (Random bit of useless information: The green bottles were from Ale 8, a ginger soda made in Kentucky. My husband went on a climbing trip there a few years back, and became completely addicted to it, and even brought a bunch back home with him. It really is very good stuff, and it's a shame you can't get it everywhere! If you're ever in Kentucky you should give it a try!) Thanks for stopping by my blog. I have a limited amount of time on Am3, so I don't generally respond to comments (unless they're questions). I do, however, read them all, and appreciate every one. Thanks again for taking the time to check out my work! © 2004-2009 Jennifer Colby Photography
